IES's leading researcher Dainis Jakovels and remote sensing researcher Agris Brauns will be the only Latvian representatives that will share their experience in hyperspectral remote sensing during the European Space Agency (ESA) Living Planet Symposium 2016. The event will be held in Prague, Czech Republic from 9 – 13 May.

The symposim is organised by European Space Agency in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Environmenta and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and the local support from Charles University in Prague.
