The USA ambassador to Latvia visits the Institute for Environmental Solutions

On the 28th of July, the Institute for Environmental Solutions (IES) hosted the delegation of the Embassy of the United States in Latvia and the ambassador Nancy Bikoff Pettit. We were pleased to introduce the delegation to IES's achievements and future goals. The ambassador was especially interested in our use of unique airborne remote sensing data for solving environmental issues, as well as research conclusions on the Baltic Sea and ecology of Latvia's lake ecosystems.
